Comfortable apartments in Clemmons, NC

I have lived at Morgan place the last 2 years and have seen a tremendous improvement! From trash being backed up to keeping the general living areas clean and free from clutter. Maintenance is friendly and always willing to help. The wonderful ladies in the office are always kind and understanding and have been intentional about getting things done. The pool finally opened over the summer and brought a sense of community along with the pool party/social from the office which included free food and drinks! There was a minimal raise in rent, most likely due to inflation and everything going up. I’m sure if you compare it to any other townhomes in the state you will see the same. However, I am choosing to renew my lease again because cable, internet, trash, water are all included. Location is central to everything one would need!

I have recently renewed my lease with Morgan Place apartments after a great first year experience, they are very quick with handling any situation that’s you place in front them. The maintenance and lawn/landscaping guys are amazing and really good at their job. Highly recommend!! The neighborhood is clean and kid friendly with a new park and pool that opened this pass summer. One thing though they want they rent money on the 1st and not the 5th… but who don’t want they money lol but seriously they are very respectful about giving you a 30 day notice, but that AI will aggravate you about the rent money lol. Also trash, water, internet, & cable are included.

I have lived here for almost 2 years. I have absolutely loved it! Staff in the office has been amazing in always answering my questions and taking my requests. Maintenance does an awesome job as wel! The location is amazing, everything you'd need within 5-15 minutes. Great schools if you have kids. Extremely safe complex. Rent is super affordable! Overall a great place to live whether you have a family or not.

We just moved in and we love it! Good sense of community and the manager was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. The places are very spacious for the price and we are very thankful to have found this place after an extensive search!
